Your request
What kinds of tasks can I submit?
You can request a review of personal or everyday tasks, travel and local-life help, on-site checks, buying or pickup assistance, and business or sourcing enquiries. These categories are examples, not guaranteed services. Feasibility, permissions, timing, and local availability must be confirmed for each request.
What if my task is unusual?
Not sure? Ask anyway. You do not need to fit your request into a fixed service category. Describe what you need, where it should happen and any constraints. We will review whether it is feasible and within scope before you commit to execution.
Do you accept every task?
No. Each request is reviewed for feasibility, permissions, safety, scope and local availability. We may decline work that cannot be carried out lawfully or safely, or that falls outside the available service scope. Submitting a request does not confirm acceptance.
How do I start, and what should I include?
Task submissions are not open yet. We’re completing our launch review before accepting requests. Please check back soon.
When submissions open, the request process will ask what you need done, the city or nearest location in China, your timing if known, and the result or evidence you want. You can include a reference link if useful. If we need additional material later, we’ll contact you with the next step. Initial file uploads are not enabled.
Can you help while I’m traveling in China?
You can ask about local arrangements, appointments, communication or temporary help while visiting or living in China. Include the city and what you need. Any assistance depends on the task review, permissions and local availability; it is not a promise of an emergency or regulated professional service.
Can you buy or pick something up?
You can submit a buying or pickup request for review. The item, collection location, permissions, handling and proposed expenses need to be agreed before execution. Purchases or extra expenses outside the agreed scope require your approval. Third-party availability and refund policies still apply.
Can you visit a supplier or factory?
You can request a supplier or factory visit. We first review the location, access permission, purpose and evidence you need. A visit can document agreed observations within its scope; it is not a professional certification, a supplier guarantee or a promise of a particular business result.
Review, quote & results
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the work, location, timing, and resources involved. The quote should identify the service fee and any proposed third-party expenses. Additional work or expenses outside the agreed scope require approval before proceeding. We do not publish a single price that applies to every request.
Do I pay before review?
No. A submission asks us to review the task. We first confirm whether it can proceed and explain the proposed scope, quote, timing, evidence, and expenses. Execution begins only after the agreed scope is confirmed and the required payment has been received. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed booking.
How quickly can you review or complete a task?
Timing is assessed for each request. Tell us your preferred deadline and whether it is urgent, but please do not assume a response or completion time until it has been confirmed. Local availability, opening hours, access, and third-party responses may affect the schedule.
Where in China can tasks be carried out?
Availability depends on the task, location, timing and local conditions. We confirm feasibility before quoting. Local availability is confirmed before payment. We do not claim a fixed team or office in every city; send the location so we can assess the request.
What evidence can I receive?
The agreed scope specifies the deliverables. Where appropriate and permitted, these may include photos, video, receipts, documents, or written observations. A visit or check records the work within its stated limits. It is not a professional certification, a guarantee about a third party, or a promise of a particular outcome.
Can you guarantee a result or provide professional advice?
No fixed result is guaranteed. Some outcomes depend on access, availability, permissions, or decisions made by other people or organisations. MyChinaTask does not provide regulated professional services or replace a qualified legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional. We may decline a request that falls outside the service scope.
What happens if the task changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. Changes to the location, timing, work, or evidence may require a revised review and quote. If an issue arises during execution, work outside the existing scope or additional expenses must be confirmed before proceeding. Some changes may not be feasible.
Contact & privacy
What information should I not send?
Do not send passwords, banking information, or sensitive identity documents in the initial request. Share only information needed to understand the task, and only files or details you have permission to provide. If further information is necessary, its purpose and an appropriate way to provide it should be discussed first.
Task data is generally retained for no more than 24 months after completion, cancellation, or rejection. Disputes, security needs, or legal obligations may require longer retention; financial records follow the applicable statutory retention period.
