What MyChinaTask is
Our role is to coordinate the agreed local work and make its scope understandable. You do not need to choose the perfect service category before getting in touch. Tell us the outcome you are looking for, and include any constraints that matter.
What kinds of tasks we review
You may be abroad, planning a visit, already in China, or exploring a business idea. Your request might involve everyday arrangements, local communication, a pickup, an on-site check, or gathering information about a product or supplier. These are examples of requests we can review, not a promise that every task can be accepted.
How the process works
Each request is reviewed for feasibility, location, timing, permissions, and practical limits. If it can proceed, we set out the proposed work, quote, expected timing, approved expenses, and evidence to be provided. Execution begins after the scope is agreed and the required payment is confirmed.
If circumstances change or something falls outside the agreed scope, further work and additional expenses need your approval. A task request is the start of a review; submitting it does not confirm acceptance, availability, or a booking.
Individuals & Travelers
You may be planning a visit, already in China, or helping someone from abroad. Tell us about the local arrangement, appointment, communication, pickup or temporary help you need. We review the location, timing and any permissions before confirming whether we can help.
Businesses & Sourcing
A product idea, supplier enquiry, sample request or proposed factory visit can start with a question. Tell us what you want to find out and what evidence would be useful. Access, permissions, local availability and the work to be done must be agreed first; a visit is not a supplier certification or a guarantee of a commercial outcome.
Evidence-based delivery
Depending on the task and any permissions needed, the agreed deliverables may include photos, video, receipts, documents, or a written account of the work. We establish what evidence is appropriate before execution. Evidence records what could be observed or completed within the scope; it does not guarantee a supplier, a product, a third party’s decision, or a particular commercial result.
Review boundaries & local availability
Availability depends on the task, location, timing and local conditions. We confirm feasibility before quoting. Local availability is confirmed before payment. We do not claim a permanent team in every city, and we may decline requests that cannot be carried out lawfully, safely, or within the available scope. We do not provide regulated professional services.
